This online class will provide you with an extensive knowledge of the marbling universe. You will learn how to execute classic patterns , and many helpful techniques. Each of the four sessions will explore a different theme, focusing on 2 patterns and their variations. Discussion will include color theory and harmony in combining colors for marbling. There will be live demonstrations with ample time for personal\practice and Q&A with the instructor.

Pietro has designed a mini marbling kit that allows everyone to practice marbling at home with quality materials. Each student will receive a mailed kit containing: 15 sheets of prepared paper, carrageenan, alum, 4 rakes, surfactant, pipettes, 9” x 11” tray. Each student will also receive: 15 sheets of prepared paper.
