Get ready to dive deep into the nuances of paper marbling. You've taken the introductory classes and understand the mechanics; it's time to focus on color and develop your designs.

Pietro will lead students on an exploration of the color wheel, two colors at a time, giving ideas on how to combine them in an harmonious way using classic and less common patterns. Over-marbling will be covered as well, with lots of time for troubleshooting and answering your questions.

This workshop is intended for students with marbling experience. Students who have taken Pietro's online Advanced Marbling workshop will have all the necessary materials, trays and rakes.

Students who have taken the introductory online Paper Marbling class, or Pietro's in person class, may purchase a kit directly from Pietro for $87 plus shipping in addition to the workshop fee. The optional kit from Pietro contains seven rakes for different patterns, alum and carrageenan.
